Tochi serves as the strategic development director for S.H.E She describes herself as an imperfect disciple of Jesus. She follows daily as the Lord grants her strength and wisdom. She desires to see the body of Christ equipped and living as living epistles in our communities. She feels a distinct calling to women, strengthening, equipping and empowering women to become pillars of strength in their homes and neighborhoods.

Professionally, she is a general dentist residing in Beaverton Oregon where she practices. She values seeing the unseen among us, giving voice to the voiceless and working with underserved populations. Her clinical interests include health education, patient advocacy and eliminating/reducing barriers to care for indigent/low-income populations as well as patients with special needs and disabilities.

She is a devoted wife and mother whose first and most important calling is to her family. She enjoys traveling, reading, cooking and spending time with her husband, Augustine and their two children Debbie and Tori.
